We want you to be completely delighted with your artwork; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original gallery condition and packaging to qualify.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective sleeves and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
